“ Came here on Sunday right around when they opened. It wasn't too busy so we were seated right away. We got the Guacamole dip as an appetizer and it was so delicious. The guacamole was fresh and I loved every bite of it. For the entree I got the Bistec a La Parrilla. It was a well-done ribeye. It wasn't too dry for being well done and it was a big portion of food. My girlfriend got the Paella Valenciana and she enjoyed the food. The rice in it was very well seasoned. I definitely enjoyed lunch here and will be back in the future to try their other items. ”
“ I've been here in the past and have had the veggie paella, which was excellent. This time I tried the veggie cubano sandwich, which was very flavorful. I like that there are decent veggie options. The service was great and friendly and the food came out fast. The location is a little hidden as it's a little off from the road at the end of an outlet strip, but seek it out and give it a try! ”
“ My wife and I went here for a Saturday lunch and it was the best surprise! We had the soup, brisket, and guacamole. Everything was absolutely delicious and it definitely tasted like it is made in-house. We cannot wait to be back! This instantly went into our top 5 restaurants in the area. Our waitress was kind, attentive, and very fast. We cannot recommend it enough. ”
“ We had a great experience at E.B. Latin bistro this weekend. Everything we ordered was very tasty, and the mojito was right on point. I especially liked the Cuban sandwich. The arroz con pollo was excellent and it was a very large portion. Service was fast amd friendly. I will definitely come back! ”
“ place is a hidden gem. The food is fantastic. I recommend the Paella Valenciana. Note: I am allergic to shellfish, so I asked them to prepare it without shrimp, and it was great, (and a big portion). My wife got Ropa Vieja, a Cuban classic, which also was delicious. We finished with a Blueberry Cheesecake. It was the perfect slice—not too sweet and very tasty. EB Latin Bistro has become one of our favorites, especially because we can get both authentic Cuban AND Spanish food in the same restaurant! ”
“ Small cozy comfortable atmosphere. Everything we had was fantastic! We started with the chicken soup which comes with a chopped jalapeno salsa on the side that you can add into the soup. We did and it was just the right amount of spice. Ordered a pina colada which was so fresh. No artificial sweeteners at all, only pure cane sugar. And delicious bits of coconut in the bottom. Amazing. For the main courses, we ordered the vegetarian enchiladas and the soft taco plate. On the soft taco plate we ordered one each of pork, chicken and beef. We just wanted to try a good variety of the food and literally everything we had was delicious. Will definitely go back! ”
“ EB Latin Bistro is a hidden gem for anyone craving authentic Latin flavors in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. If you're a fan of margaritas, this is the place to be — their margaritas are top-notch, perfectly balanced, and ideal for any occasion. But the drink menu is just the beginning. Their chicken soup is hands down the best in town, hearty and flavorful with just the right amount of seasoning. The Cuban sandwich is another standout, with tender, juicy pork, savory ham, and melted cheese, all nestled between crispy bread for the perfect bite. The owners make the experience even more special. They are incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure guests feel at home. Whether you're coming for a quick meal or a relaxed evening out, EB Latin Bistro offers excellent food and a warm, inviting environment. Highly recommend! ”
“ This place is one of the best Latin spots in the metroplex. Me and my wife been eating here for awhile. I usually order Cuban subs, but I tried the Paella Del Mar para dos con mi esposa and it was great. I had the Texas Margaritta and it was nice, one of the best Margaritta's I have had. Would always recommend this spot. ”
